Service Terms

Service Provision

SignersToGo will make the Service available to you pursuant to these Terms. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for planned downtime, emergency maintenance, or any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Service Modifications

SignersToGo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Support

SignersToGo will provide support for the Service in accordance with our standard support practices. Support may vary depending on your subscription plan.

Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SignersToGo. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that SignersToGo shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

SignersToGo offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. You can find details about our subscription plans on our Pricing page.

Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay SignersToGo the applicable fees as described on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

For monthly subscriptions, we will bill you on a recurring basis every month. For annual subscriptions, we will bill you once per year. We may change the fees for our Service at any time, but any price changes will only apply to future billing cycles.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial of our Service. At the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period.

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of taxes, which we will charge as applicable. You are responsible for paying any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid.

Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of all content, data, and information that you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant SignersToGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, transmit, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy.

SignersToGo's Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof (excluding Your Content), are owned by SignersToGo, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service or any content, features, or functionality of the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Service according to these Terms.

Feedback

If you provide SignersToGo with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant SignersToGo a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, disclose, distribute, modify, and otherwise exploit such Feedback for any purpose without restriction or compensation to you.

Acceptable Use

General Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate SignersToGo, a SignersToGo employee, another user, or any other person or entity
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by SignersToGo, may harm SignersToGo or users of the Service or expose them to liability

Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:

Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable
Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party
Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
Violates or attempts to violate the security of the Service

Technical Restrictions

Termination

Termination by You

Termination by SignersToGo

SignersToGo may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Effects of Termination

Upon termination of these Terms for any reason:

All licenses and rights to use the Service will terminate
You will no longer have access to your account or Your Content
Any fees paid by you are non-refundable
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SIGNERSTOGO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

SIGNERSTOGO MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL SIGNERSTOGO, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SignersToGo, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.

Changes to Terms

SignersToGo reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
