Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new plan takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. No credit card is required to start your trial. During the trial period, you'll have access to all the features of the selected plan. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan or downgrade to our free plan.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and PayPal. For Business and Enterprise customers, we also offer ACH bank transfers and wire transfers. Enterprise customers can request invoicing with net-30 payment terms.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan or the free plan, you'll retain access to all your existing documents. However, if you exceed the document limits of your new plan, you won't be able to send new documents until you're below the limit. We recommend downloading important documents before downgrading if you anticipate exceeding the limits of your new plan.
